4 fillets of linguine
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Salt to taste
Sauce
1 cup of natural yogurt
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of passionfruit juice
3 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 large carrot, coarsely grated
Red pepper flakes to taste

Season the fillets with salt and coat in flour
In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Fry the fish for 3 minutes, flipping halfway through
Remove and reserve
In the same skillet, sauté the onion for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the carrot and cook for 4 minutes, stirring
Add the passionfruit juice, water, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 2 minutes
Carefully add the fillets and let them heat through
Serve immediately.
