Rinse the wheat well, drain and place it in a medium bowl with water
Cover and let it hydrate for 30 minutes

Strain the wheat through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing with a spoon to remove excess liquid
Combine it with the mixture of cucumber
Stuff each half of nectarine with this filling, filling the fruit cavity to form a mound
