120 g cooked fusili
30 g cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion, small cubes
30 g cubed prosciutto
160 g fresh spinach leaves.
Dressing:
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 tablespoon mustard
Lemon and orange juices (about 1/4 cup each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
