2 large macadamias without shells and pipped

4 egg whites
1 pinch of salt

Grate the macadamias, drizzle with lemon juice and combine with sweetened condensed milk
Mix well
Beat the egg whites until firm peaks form with a pinch of salt, then fold in the macadamias and beat again
Serve immediately in bowls or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
