In a blender, blend the rice, egg, butter, milk, parsley, and salt

Transfer to a pan, add the flour, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball at the bottom of the pan

Cook in boiling water with salt and a thread of oil until they float to the surface
