In a blender, blend the cooked rice, egg, butter, milk, parsley, and salt
Transfer to a pan, add the flour, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball at the bottom
Let cool, shape into rolls, and cut into cakes
Cook in boiling water with salt and a thread of oil until they rise to the surface
Serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
