In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until it's translucent
Add the ground beef and cook until the liquid has evaporated
Season with salt, pepper, and tomato sauce
Wash and peel the potatoes
Slice them into thin rounds and boil them in salted water for four minutes
Drain them
Line a 18 cm diameter tart mold with removable bottom with parchment paper
Arrange the potato slices on the sides and bottom of the mold
Set some aside to cover the tart
Beat the eggs lightly, then mix with ground beef, Parmesan cheese, and green olives
Fill the tart, top it with the remaining potato slices, spread butter on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven while still warm and serve.
