Assemble the sorrel in the cocktail shaker with ice, without muddling
Add lime juice, sugar syrup, and finally, vodka
Stir well, strain into a glass and garnish with a sprig of sorrel over the ready cocktail
Note: Sugar syrup is prepared in proportion of 1 liter of hot water to 300 g of sugar.
