100 g of safflower seeds
1/2 liter of oil
100 g of safflower seeds
1/2 liter of oil
Pour the oil into a pan, together with the safflower seeds
When it starts to simmer, use a slotted spoon to press down on the seeds and stir well
When the oil is nicely red, remove from heat
Let it cool, pour into a bottle and store
Beware not to burn the oil, as overcooking can cause it to turn bitter
