Whisk the yolks with milk and potato
Beat well
Season to taste with salt, black pepper, onion, and parsley
Beat the whites until stiff peaks form
Mix with potato
Place in a 25 cm round refractory dish greased with butter and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown
Fold in half and let slide onto a plate
Serve 4 people.
