Beat the eggs with flour and pepper until thickened
Beat the whites in a separate bowl, adding water and salt
Combine the egg mixture with the white mixture and mix carefully
Pour into 2 round forms of 20 cm diameter and 5 cm height, well greased, and bake at moderate heat (170°C) for about 15 minutes
Prepare the cheese sauce: melt butter or margarine in a pan over medium heat until smooth
Add flour and salt and stir until thickened
Combine milk and grated cheddar cheese and mix until smooth
Shape two omelets, placing one on top of the other, with some cheese sauce between them and the rest on top
Serve with fried linguine if desired
