4 beaten eggs

1 cup of sliced zucchini

1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 dash of paprika
Salt to taste

Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Add the zucchini and cook for 1 minute
Set aside
In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs, water, salt, and paprika
Pour into a non-stick skillet lightly coated with oil and let it cook on one side
Flip the omelette and spread the zucchini and mushrooms
Sprinkle with salt and fold the omelette in half.
