"Step 1"
Chop the cooked chicken breast, the roasted meat (previously), the tomato, the cheese, the greens, and the onion into small pieces
Grate one half of a carrot - set aside to use as garnish when the salad is ready
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the mayonnaise and mix gently with a spoon

Gradually incorporate the mayonnaise until the salad is well "moist"
Roughly chop the lettuce leaves with your hands and arrange them in a platter to create a bed of greens
Place the remaining salad on top
Grate the separated carrot piece and sprinkle it over the salad.
