1.5 kg of ossobuco

4 bananas with skin, cut into large chunks

Season the ossobuco with salt and black pepper
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil, using a pressure cooker, until golden brown
Add the ossobuco and fry well on both sides
Add the kale and water
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 35 minutes after boiling
Remove from heat and let it cool
Open the pressure cooker, add the bananas and apricot
Heat over low heat until the bananas and apricot are tender
If necessary, add a little more water
Serves 5 to 6 people.
