Season the ossobuco with salt and black pepper
Purpose the ossobuco in all-purpose flour
Melt the butter in a pressure cooker
Add the garlic and ossobuco
Fry until golden brown
Add the white wine and cook until evaporated
Add the water and close the pressure cooker
After boiling, cook for 35 minutes
Open the pressure cooker, add the lime zest and parsley
Aquify and serve
