Fry the pork neckbone and garlic until golden brown in a pressure cooker without the lid
Season the ossobuco with salt and black pepper to taste, and fry on both sides
Add the diced tomatoes, stir well, and simmer for a few minutes
Add the water, rosemary, and white beans
After boiling, cover the pot and cook for 35 minutes
Before serving, add more salt and black pepper if needed
