Hard-boil the eggs thoroughly
Let them cool enough to be peeled, then slice them into quarters and arrange them in a small refractory dish, greased. Reserve
Preheat the oven at moderate temperature (170°C)
Process the Parmesan cheese in a blender, reserve, and set aside
Add 1/2 cup hot milk, butter or margarine, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and onion to the blender
Cover and blend at high speed for 20 seconds
Without stopping the blender, remove the small lid and add the remaining hot milk
Pour this sauce over the eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake for about 25 minutes.
