6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of finely chopped or prepared strong root mustard
salt and pepper to taste
6 hard-boiled eggs

Cut the eggs in half and place them in a glass or crystal bowl
Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over the eggs about 30 minutes before serving
Serve in six portions
If desired, garnish with additional egg slices
