Cut the eggs in half, without peeling
If necessary, remove small pieces of shell
Use a spoon to carefully remove the yolks and whites, trying not to break the shells
Place the eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork
Add the butter, dill or parsley, and mix well
Fill the shells with the mixture and grill for 5 to 10 minutes, carefully watching to avoid burning
Serve hot or cold
If desired, add more butter to make it even creamier, up to 2 tablespoons
