Dissolve the butter substitute in warm milk and pour over yeast
Mix until yeast dissolves
Add salt and one cup of wheat flour
Cover and let rest for 20 minutes
Add lightly beaten egg, olive oil, and water, gradually incorporating flour until dough is smooth to work with
The dough should be soft
Cover again and let rest for an hour
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut into pieces of 13cm width, then cut into triangular shapes
Fill with cheese slices and roll like croissants
Arrange in a greased pan, let rest for another 10 minutes, and brush with egg yolk
Bake in a medium-heated oven until golden.
