Grind the ground corn in a grinder and then sift it through a fine-mesh sieve (yielding 1 cup and 1/4)
Combine the sugar, salt, and coconut milk
Cut aluminum foil into squares and make envelopes
Fill with the corn mixture and seal tightly, folding several times
Place the envelopes in a large pot of boiling water
Let cook for about 30 minutes.
