Panna Cotta
1 box of coconut-flavored pudding mix
300 ml whole milk
1 can of condensed coconut milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
Sauce
300g plums
2 tablespoons sugar
200ml orange juice

Dissolve the pudding mix in whole milk
Add coconut milk and sugar
Mix well
Heat, stirring constantly, until a creamy consistency is reached
Let cool and blend with heavy cream in a blender
Add dissolved gelatin to the mixture and blend again
Distribute into six serving dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours
Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil
Let cool and blend until a thick sauce is formed
Distribute the sauce over the panna cotta.
