In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly
Retire from heat, mix in the vanilla extract and dissolved gelatin according to package instructions

Pour into individual cups lightly greased with oil and refrigerate for at least six hours

Cook the orange juice, cornstarch and sugar, stirring constantly until thickened
Let cool and serve with the panna cotta.
