100g of milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup (ch) of whole milk
2 cans of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
100g of grated coconut
Coating
100g of chopped milk chocolate
3 tablespoons of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of grated coconut
Basic sweet bread dough for 1 panetone
Filling

Coating

Combine the chocolate chips with the prepared dough as indicated in the recipe for sweet bread panetone
In a saucepan, combine the milk, condensed milk, butter, and coconut
Heat while stirring constantly until the mixture forms a slight crust at the bottom of the pan
It should still be slightly softer than the desired consistency for rolling out
Coating
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with heavy cream
Assembly
Cut the partially baked panetone in half and spread the filling, forming a high layer
Close with the other half and top with the coating, then sprinkle with grated coconut
