Milk
2 packets of active dry yeast for bread
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of warm water (use the same can as the condensed milk)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of butter
8 cups of all-purpose flour

2 cups of milk
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract from custard

Cake topping
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of instant coffee type Nescafe
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut to dust

Make the filling: mix all the ingredients and let it cool down
Let it cool down completely
Milk mixture: put all the ingredients except flour in a blender, blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl
Add flour gradually and mix until a dough forms
Knead the dough for 5 minutes and divide into three parts
Roll out each part into a rectangle and spread with the custard filling
Roll them up lightly and make a puff with the three doughs
Place in a greased baking dish and let it rest for another 15 minutes
Mix cake topping ingredients and brush the puffs, dusting with shredded coconut
Let it rise for two hours and bake in a medium-temperature oven.
