Combine the apples, pickle sauce, chopped walnuts, mayonnaise, allspice, and salt
Place a lettuce leaf over each crepe
Cover with the apple mixture
Fold and secure the crepes with toothpicks
Remove the toothpicks before serving
Prepare 12 crepes
Garnish to taste.
