Pour this batter onto a lightly greased skillet, spreading evenly, and cook over low heat until golden brown on both sides
Melt the strawberry jam with the lime zest and juice
Spread this mixture over the crepes and roll them up
Dust with confectioner's sugar and serve warm
If desired, drizzle a little melted strawberry jam over the crepes
