1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
20 crepe wraps
your preferred fresh fruits

Add the sweetened condensed milk gradually to the ricotta cheese
Beat until you get a creamy consistency
Combine the lemon juice and lime zest
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours
Spread 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each crepe wrap
Roll up and top with your preferred fresh fruits cut into small cubes
If desired, you can also mash some fruit and add it to the filling before wrapping in the crepe
Make 20 crepes.
