Activate the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm milk for 5 minutes
Mix well
Sift the flour with the salt
Add the yeast and mix well
Add the remaining milk and beat well
Cover and place the bowl in a pan of warm water
Let it rise for 1 hour
Wash and dry the passion fruit
Add it to the batter and mix lightly
Melt half of the butter in a frying pan
Fry 1 tablespoon of batter at a time, flipping until golden brown on both sides
Serve with a sprinkle of salt
