Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, cornmeal, and unsalted butter until smooth
Remove from blender, mix in flour and yeast
Place in a greased cake pan and bake for 40 minutes
Let cool and turn out of pan
Dust with powdered sugar.
