3/4 cup of peeled and cubed sweet potatoes

Blend 3/4 cup of sweet potatoes, milk, eggs, and red onion in a blender for 20 seconds
Add cilantro and another 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes, and blend for an additional 20 seconds
Without stopping the blender, add all-purpose flour, yeast powder, and another 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes
Fry 1/3 cup of this batter in a 14cm diameter pan coated with vegetable oil, until both sides are golden brown
This mixture yields 8 pancakes.
