2 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
1 small bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of black peppercorns
Drizzle of hot sauce
6 cups of vegetable tomato juice
Green onions and lemon slices for garnish

In a blender, puree the green onions, parsley, pepper, lemon juice, black peppercorns, and hot sauce until smooth
Pour into a pitcher
Add the vegetable tomato juice and stir well
Refrigerate until serving time
Distribute among tall glasses, garnish each with a stalk of green onion and a slice of lemon, and serve.
