8 fried crepes
500 g of ground beef

1 medium zucchini, cut into small pieces
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 can of pure tomato sauce

Season the beef with salt
Dust with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Reserve
Fry the zucchini, onion, and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until tender
Set aside some zucchini
Add the beef, rice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Simmer, stirring occasionally
Stuff the crepes, roll or fold them
Cover with pure tomato sauce to taste
Garnish with zucchini and sprinkle with parsley
Serve in 8 portions.
