Mash the bananas well and set aside
Beat the ingredients for the batter in a blender until smooth
Lightly grease a small frying pan with butter or margarine
Make crepes using about 2 tablespoons of batter per crepe
Fry one side
Flip and spread banana slices over the crepe, sprinkling with a pinch of cinnamon to taste
When the second side is fried, roll it up
Serve warm
