Sift together the flour, salt, yeast, fava, and sugar
Beat the eggs, add the milk and melted butter or margarine
Add the sifted ingredients and beat until smooth
Place on a hot grill brushed with melted butter or margarine, using 2 soup spoons of batter for each pancake
Cook the pancakes on both sides
Serve with butter, honey, or ice cream.
