1 cup of wheat flour

1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter

Mix the flour with the salt and baking powder
Make a hole in the middle and add the butter
Mix with your hands, until you get a thick dough
Add the egg and knead enough to form a ball
Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Open the dough and shape into a round cake pan of 9 inches
Spread cooked beans and bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes
Let it cool and remove the beans.
