Boil the okra whole for eight minutes, then drain and let cool
Grate the cooled okra coarsely
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper, butter, onion, and baking powder
Mix in the grated okra and chopped cilantro
Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown
Serve with hot sauce.
