In a small pan, combine two cups of strawberries and sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the strawberries become soft
Remove from heat and blend in a blender until a slightly thick sauce forms. Reserve
Unbutter one side of an anti-stick frying pan with a diameter of 23 cm and heat it over high heat
When hot, add a quarter cup of dough and spread it evenly across the bottom of the pan, rotating it
Fry for 40 seconds or until the underside is golden brown
Flip and fry the other side until golden brown
Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm
Repeat the process until all the dough is used up
Put the reserved sauce back in the pan, add the remaining strawberries and liqueur, and cook over high heat until boiling
Arrange a pancake on each plate
Top with a portion of strawberries, followed by a drizzle of the sauce
Serve while still warm.
