4 separated eggs

Beat the egg yolks and sugar until well combined
Add the flour, milk, and beer, beating well after each addition
Add the lime zest, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and a pinch of salt
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the previous mixture
Cook the waffles in a greased skillet approximately 20 cm in diameter, using 1 cup of batter for each waffle
Do this 6 times
Place one on top of another and keep warm
Spoon vanilla ice cream with strawberries over each waffle
Roll up and place in a silver or refrigerated dish leaving a 5 cm space between the waffles
Cover each waffle with a meringue made from 2 egg whites beaten with 4 tablespoons of sugar, making it look more attractive by passing it through a cake decorator
Place the dish under the broiler for 2 minutes to lightly brown the meringue
Drizzle the flaming sauce around the waffles and serve immediately
