Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add salt, olive oil, and 1 cup of flour

Work the dough until it detaches from your hands
Form a ball
Cut a cross on top
Let it rise to double its volume
Place in butter-greased baking sheet and let it rise again to double its volume
Dilute egg yolk in milk, glaze the bread, and bake in medium-preheated oven until golden.
