2 cups of grated zucchini
1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper diced
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients well, pour into an English muffin tin and top with a slice of bacon
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 1 hour.
