Mix all ingredients except the meat in a small bowl
Place it in the microwave at high power for 2-3 minutes until it boils
Reduce the power to medium and cook for an additional minute
Let it cool slightly
Cut the meat into strips with a knife and place them in a plastic bag, then sprinkle seasoning on top
Close the bag
Place it in a shallow dish and let it rest for 4 hours or overnight, turning the bag several times
Remove the meat from the plastic bag and place it in a refrigerated form, folding the finer part underneath to give it an uniform shape
Tie with twine
Do not use seasoning
Wrap the two ends of the meat with aluminum foil and microwave at high power for 3 minutes
Remove the aluminum foil
Reduce the power to medium and roast for an additional 5-8 minutes, turning the meat once
Let it rest for 3 minutes
Slice into 4 portions.
