Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water
Mix in the sugar
Combine the salt, melted butter, yogurt, and warm water
Add the egg and dissolved yeast
Add enough wheat flour to form a manageable dough
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour
Knead on a floured surface
Divide into equal-sized balls
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Open up each ball to form a round shape, about the size of a plate
Place in a lightly greased baking sheet
Brush the top with melted butter
Bake in a preheated oven until the bread is cooked through
Serve warm
This makes a type of flatbread.
