Initially mix the dry ingredients for 1 minute to facilitate the absorption of water by the flour
Add the liquid ingredients (eggs and water) and mix everything in a blender until you get a light and homogeneous mass
Divide the dough into 2 pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes
Divide the doughs into small pieces to obtain 30 balls of 70 g each
Mold the balls into the desired shape (buns, etc.)
Baste the balls with egg yolk to give them a golden color
Let it rest for another 90 minutes
Place in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, and let it bake for approximately 20 minutes.
