Wash the spinach thoroughly, cook it in a covered pan without adding water
Remove and chop it finely to blend well with the other ingredients
Mix the yeast with the Parmesan cheese and knead well
Add the warmed cream of milk and spinach, then combine the remaining ingredients, reserving the flour until last, gradually adding it and mixing well
Knead and shape well
Place in a greased mold
Let it rise for about 1 hour
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes
Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the pie is golden brown.
