Beat the egg whites until frothy and gradually add the all-purpose flour, beating constantly
Add the yolks and beat for an additional 10 minutes
Gradually add the wheat flour and salt, mixing delicately with a spatula
Place in a rectangular baking dish (26.5 x 40 cm), greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown and releasing from the sides of the baking dish
Let cool and unmold onto a surface dusted with all-purpose flour.
