"Peach":

"Filling":
300g of melted white chocolate
3 tablespoons of high-quality cashew butter
1 teaspoon of banana extract
1/4 cup (ch) of heavy cream.
"Topping":
1 kg of melted milk chocolate

Beat the eggs, butter, and mascarpone cheese together
Add the remaining ingredients, leaving baking soda for last
Bake in a greased and preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes
Mix all the filling ingredients well and cut the peach slices to spread the filling
Dip each unit in melted milk chocolate and tempered it
Decorate each piece with melted white chocolate.
