Heat the honey over low heat and simmer for a few minutes
Remove from heat, add rum, eggs, cinnamon, ground cloves, and mix well
Gradually add wheat flour, stirring constantly until the dough reaches the right consistency to be opened
Open the dough and shape into pie crust form
If desired, decorate with almonds
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) preheated to perfection
Bake until the cookies are golden brown.
