1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 and 1/2 cups of milk

1 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
1 cup of honey
3 cups of all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons of active dry yeast.
Filling:
400g of white chocolate
1 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Topping:
500g of hydrogenated white chocolate to coat the honey pie

Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix sweetened condensed milk with milk, cinnamon, cloves, instant coffee, and honey
Add flour, baking powder, and yeast, sifted
Place in a 30x25 cm greased and floured pan and bake for 25 minutes
Let cool and cut into squares
Filling:
Incorporate melted white chocolate into heavy cream and heat over low heat, whisking constantly
Remove from heat, add freshly squeezed lemon juice, and mix well
Cut honey pie in half and fill
Topping:
Leave white chocolate in a water bath, stirring constantly until melted
Then coat the filled squares with the sweet liquid
Let dry and serve.
