Sift the flour, yeast, and salt together twice
Combine the fat and mix with your fingertips until just combined
Add the liquid gradually, stirring with a fork until smooth
Place on a floured surface and roll out to a thickness of 1 cm
Cut into rounds
Place in an ungreased baking dish and bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes
Yield: 18 puffs.
